Sleeps 10, 4 slides, 1.5 bathrooms - Back room has 2 slides with 4 bunks and 2 trundles, one under each bed and a half bath, room has lots of storage - Master has a slide with a king size bed with a brand new mattress only slept on a handful of times, door to outside, door to the main bathroom and tons of storage.
Bathroom has a generous sized shower with lots of storage - Sliding doors, full sized fridge, working fireplace and TV mounted above - Couch folds out to a double size bed - Table is a regular table not foldable - With the 4th slide out wheel the couch and table are - Awning is electric - Has central vac but I have never used it - Has a brand new deck built in 2023 spanning the length of the trailer - Comes with BBQ, table with 4 chairs, 2 outdoor seating sets both have a love seat, 2 chairs and coffee table, a 12x10 soft top canopy with side curtains all new in 2023 and a shed - Have a golf cart both gas available for extra cost.
